3 treatments a week for 3 weeks equaling a course of 9 treatments.

Alternatively you can do 2 treatments a week for 4 weeks equaling a course of 8 treatments.

Why Do You Need Not to Go Over 3 Days Between Treatments?

Clinical research shows that the pore created by the laser only remains open for up to 72 hours. 

To maintain the pore open over a period of time sufficient to get optimal results, treatments should not exceed 72 hours.

Please do not be late for your appointment, as that will take away from your treatment time. 

Should the client require to put their treatments on hold for whatever reason,

the remaining sessions purchased will resume where the client left off.

All clients have up to 12 months from the day of purchase to use treatments.

Things to Note

  • Do not eat 2 hours before or 2 hours after treatment.
  • Avoid consuming large amounts of water prior to treatment(s).
  • Drink plenty of water after treatment.
  • Drink a minimum of 2 to 2.5 to 3 liters of water per day.
  • Stay on your treatment plan. If you believe you may need several treatments, commit to the staying on track with your sessions. 


It is important to not overload your body with excess calories while the treatments are working to burn calories and remove fat from your body. 

Maintaining proper caloric intake is important during treatments

 (re: your age/activity levels and weight goals). 

 Lessen (minimal) caffeine as it is diuretic and inhibits the body’s ability to break down fat. 

Alcoholic beverages and rich sugar content drinks must be avoided during the duration of treatments.

What Will Minimize Optimum Results?

Pre-existing health conditions such as:

Metabolic Disorders
